We do the work ourselves
Our employees have a wide range of skills, so we self-perform many parts of a custom build. For the rest, we have great relationships with subcontractors in the area, which makes coordinating the trades easy and worry-free for you.
Designed in-house
We draw plans with Chief Architect and work with you directly on design and feasibility. 3D renderings and walk-throughs let you see your home before any dirt is turned, so the result is as close as possible to what you pictured.
Masonry in-house
We partnered with Wink’s Masonry (formerly H&S Masonry), so stone veneer, brick and custom fireplaces on our homes are done by our own masonry crew, coordinated in-house.

Real stone, and baths that are easy to keep.
Real stone or brickwork adds a rich, natural look and feel to a custom build. For showers and bathrooms, we carry great alternatives to tile that give you a luxury look with very little upkeep. We install all of these ourselves.
